Who We Are
ProAirs is a residential and commercial HVAC contractor founded by Raul Espinoza, a Virginia-licensed HVAC Master. We serve homeowners and businesses across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
Every job starts with a real diagnosis, not a guess. We explain what we find in plain terms, give you a flat price before we start, and stand behind the work when we leave.
What We Service
We repair, maintain, and install furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and commercial rooftop units.
For new systems and remodels we run Manual J load calculations and design the ductwork to fit the space, so the equipment is sized for how your building actually gains and loses heat.
Mission
To deliver heating and cooling work that is done right the first time: properly sized, permitted, and inspected.
We want customers who call us back because they trusted the last visit, not because something broke again.
